About Priti International Ltd

Priti International Limited was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company on June 30 2017, taking over the ongoing business of M/s Priti International from its Promoter Priti Lohiya. The initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association included Goverdhan Das Lohiya, Leela Lohiya, Priti Lohiya, Ritesh Lohiya, Ritika Lohiya, Sohan Lal Bhootra, Premesh Bhootra and Goverdhan Das Lohiya HUF and Ritesh Lohiya HUF. The Company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and export of Handicraft Products, with its product range including solid wooden and metal furniture articles, home furnishing items, creative wooden and metal articles, textile-based products like cushions, pillow covers, rugs & carpets, handbags, travel bags and backpacks and pet products. The Company is also involved in upcycling and recycling of various kinds of raw unusable and waste metal and wooden articles.
