About Phoenix International Ltd

Phoenix International (PIL) is a public limited company incorporated in Dec. 1987, promoting sports utility footwear. With a Rs130 Cr project to manufacture 60 lacs pairs of shoes for Reebok in Dec. 1995, PIL has acquired well-known brands including TUFFS and MADAME PHOENIX. It issued a 1:1 bonus shares in Sep. 1995. In 1995-96, it exported shoes worth Rs.86.98 Cr. An agreement with Skechers US, allowed PIL to be their licensee in India for their 1520 models. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Phoenix Cement Ltd is also implementing a project for manufacturing cement. PIL ensures to invest in quality and provide an ever-growing trend of its successful brand names for its customers.
