About PDS Ltd

PDS Ltd, formerly known as PDS Multinational Fashions Ltd, is a public limited company operating since 1998. The company provides services to group companies in exports, sourcing and distribution of their products, as well as holding, owning, leasing or licensing real estate. It has three main business verticals involved in sourcing, manufacturing and venture tech investments and 130 well-defined production lines across countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Hong Kong, UK, Chile, Turkey, Germany, Spain, Myanmar and others. In the past four years, it marked entry into denims, direct marketing and non-apparel sectors. It launched NAVEX to strengthen compliance, joint venture with Techno Germany, entered into home furnishing and established operations in Turkey, Germany, Sri Lanka and overseas. In 2019-2020, it acquired stakes in companies engaged in branded kids apparel and online/digital business. It also introduced a Joint PL JPL plan for partners to share resources and works towards procurement of fabric and trims at better prices and customer service.
