About Pakka Ltd

Yash Pakka Ltd. was established in 1981 and has been involved in the production and dealing of Paper and Moulded products since 1983 at its working unit located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. While increasing its production capacity from 1940 tpa to 6000 tpa in 1992, it also installed a second low grammage M G Kraft paper manufacturing unit in 1990 with a capacity of 6000 tpa that began operating the following year, and two decades later, the company underwent modernisation-cum-expansion projects, allowing them to take up steel generation of power as well as increase their capacity to 16000 tpa. Apart from supplying power to its plant, Yash Pakka also exports its products directly to SARC and Middle East countries, and in 200001 began installation of modern fuel-efficient boiler and balancing equipment, also looking to enhance its installed capacity to 24750 TPA by setting up a separate paper machine for specialized products. Furthermore, in 200708, the company installed an integrated infrastructure and a 6 MW cogeneration facility, installing a 6MW Biomass Cogeneration Power Plant in 2011, and developing new products in 201112 like poster bakery bags, ribbed kraft paper, and firewoks. Last year, it received national approval for a merger absorption scheme with Yash Compostables Limited, successfully dissolved the latter without winding up.
