About NDL Ventures Ltd

Hinduja Ventures Ltd. (formerly Hinduja TMT Ltd) is an India-based company which has set its name in the IT sector through its Technology, Media and Telecom assets. It operates in 3 businesses: Convergence Activities, Real Estate and Treasury. They specialise in Information Technology, Media and Communications, property development, investments in shares and securities and surplus funds deployment, among others. The company was incorporated as Mitesh Mercantile Financing in 1985, and changed its name to Hinduja Finance Corporation Ltd in 1995. It then transformed itself into a Convergence business of Technology, Media and Telecom in 2000 and changed its name to Hinduja TMT in 2001. In the following years, it merged with Ashok Leyland Information Technology, acquired Customer Contact Center Inc in Manila, Source One Communications Inc in the USA and HTMT Cyber Park in Quezon City, Manila along with other activities. In 2007, the company changed its name to Hinduja Ventures Ltd. with a commitment of the promoter group and to give value and create wealth. They are currently in the process of applying for Telecom licenses in thirteen circles via HTMT Telecom Pvt Ltd.
