About Moschip Technologies Ltd

MosChip Technologies Limited is a private limited company founded in 1999. The company specializes in integrated circuit design, manufacturing and marketing, with a focus on data communication ICs. It also aims to develop system software for enabling the functionality of the ICs. To be able to better manage its operations, the company has made several changes such as a new design center at Noida, the establishment of a 100% subsidiary of MosChip Semiconductor Technology Ltd, and the addition of Verasity Technologies Inc. With the help of its export oriented unit, MosChip has also opened a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore. Throughout the years, the company has also made several mergers and acquisitions, such as the amalgamation of First Pass Semiconductors Private Limited and GigaCom Semiconductor Private Limited, the merger of GigaCom Semiconductor LLC with its subsidiary MosChip Technologies USA, and the merger of Maven Systems Private Limited with MosChip. The total equity share capital of the company is Rs. 10.50 crores as of 31st March 2021.
