About Mangal Credit & Fincorp Ltd

Tak Machinery and Leasing Ltd. is a manufacturing company specialising in a wide range of lifting equipment such as electric overhead travelling cranes, hoists, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, and flat conveyors. In the 1960s and 1970s, the company entered into various technical collaboration agreements with different entities in the UK and Europe in order to expand its reach and capabilities. These included agreements with Fellows brothers Ltd. for the manufacture of electric hoists and chain pulley blacks, Naylor Brothers Ltd. for the manufacture of conveyor systems, Martonair Ltd. for the manufacture of air hoists, Ursvikens Nekanisks Verkstads AB for the production of press brakes, and Nuquip Ltd. for the manufacture of air line equipment. In order to act on the expansion, Tak Machinery set up a new plant at Vatwa, near Ahmedabad in 1974-75 at a cost of Rs. 40 lakhs.
