About Madala Holdings Ltd

Softsol India SIL made its initial public offering of 3,366,684 equity shares in May 2000, which are listed on the Hyderabad and Mumbai stock exchange. The 36,000 square foot facility in Madhapur is equipped to house 500 software professionals and help with outsourcing projects. To reduce reliance on the US economy, the company has begun exploring potential markets in Europe, the UK, Middle East, Singapore, Japan, and Australia and established a representative office in Singapore. In order to become larger and fully integrated in the IT services industry, Softsol has acquired 100% ownership of SoftSol Resources Inc. USA in exchange for 19 million US dollars. SoftSol Resources Inc. USA was ranked by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the top 25 fastest growing technology companies in 1998, and provides IT consulting, systems integration, web-based and custom application development, and more for Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. The acquisition should help the company use resources more efficiently and tap into SRI’s goodwill to expand overseas operations.
