About Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd

Kamanwala Industries, formerly known as Kamanwala Housing Development Finance Company, have been operating in the real estate business since 1984 and have completed various residential and commercial complexes. In 1994, they diversified into other activities such as amalgamating Shree Saibaba Castings Pvt Ltd, which has a mini steel plant at Nasik with it, and venturing into the financing of ship breaking business. The company also recently commenced the construction of commercial and residential buildings in Andheri, Mumbai in 2018.
