About Kalyan Capitals Ltd

Akashdeep Metal Industries Limited is a limited company established in December 12 1983. It is registered as a Non-Systemically Important Non-Deposit Taking NBFC with the Reserve Bank of India and has an asset size of less than Rs 500 crores. The company made preferential allotment of 5404121 equity shares of Rs 10 each worth Rs 54041210 in 27th February 2018 and was listed on the BSE on 21st May 2018. Mr. Rajesh Gupta and his PACs proposed for Change in Control and to act as Promoters and Promoter Group on 22nd February 2018 and got final approval by Manager to Offer on 2nd April 2018. During the same year, the Registered Office of the company was also shifted to 14 Dayanand Vihar Backside Ground Floor, Delhi and M/s Anmol Financial Services Limited became its wholly owned subsidiary w.e.f 27th February 2018. The members of the Company had also granted its approval in FY19 to sell, transfer or dispose shares held in its Subsidiary Company, Anmol Financial Services Limited, subject to the approval of RBI. As of today, Akashdeep Metal Industries Limited is a limited company servicing as a Non-Systemically Important Non-Deposit Taking NBFC, with asset size of less than Rs 500 crores, Mr. Rajesh Gupta and his PACs as Promoters and Promoter Group, and with 7 fully owned subsidiary companies.
