About Jyoti Resins and Adhesives Ltd

Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Limited (JRAL) was established in 17 Dec.93 under the leadership of Chairman & Managing Director Shri Jagdish N. Patel. The company provides a wide range of products from smaller packs to large drums. JRAL has the capability to manufacture several varieties of synthetic Wood Adhesives, ranging from waterproof' Antitermite, fast drying, weather proof and antifungal adhesives. It kicked off its business in 1994, raising Rs. 2.98 crores through a public issue to finance a project at Kalol near Ahmedabad with an installed capacity of 3360 MTPA. The company made M/s. Neilchem Infrastructure Ltd. an associate company in 200203, having 100 equity shares of the latter.
