Ivalue Infosolutions Limited was incorporated as iValue Infosolutions Private Limited at Bengaluru as a Private Limited Company dated April 9 2008 issued by the Registrar of Companies Karnataka. Subsequently upon the status of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited the Company was renamed as Ivalue Infosolutions Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 8 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre at Gurgaon.Ivalue Infosolutions Limited are an enterprise technology solutions specialist offering comprehensive purposebuilt solutions for securingand managing digital applications and data. At any giveninstance enterprises use multiple OEMs to support their information technology and security infrastructure and applications. To choose the right information technology solutions that are interoperable across multiple OEMs is critical for an enterprises information technology environment.
