About IITL Projects Ltd

IITL Projects Ltd is an upcoming real estate company in India which came into being in 1994. Initially, the company was mainly engaged in the business of growing fruits and vegetables and trading in jute products. However, due to regulatory constraints, the company decided to move into the area of real estate development and was taken over by Industrial Investment Trust Limited, an old NBFC, in July 2008.
The company is focussed on expanding its horizons in real estate and infrastructure activities and providing technocommercial consultancy services. It strategically identifies and capitalizes on emerging market opportunities and is financially viable and sustainable with a land bank and clear titles and approvals in place. It also has a highly qualified team of managers, engineers and architects and is constantly working towards improvisation, innovation and financial jurisprudence.
Recently, IITL Projects Ltd put a bid for plot of Land with Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and a piece of land Plot GH03 Sector 78 Noida was allotted by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority. Under the scheme, the company plans to develop and build affordable houses along with other infrastructure projects.
