Founded in 1994 in India, HB Portfolio Ltd is a company in the business of investing in securities. It is composed of two wholly owned subsidiaries, HB Securities Ltd. and HB Corporate Services Ltd. Initially, HB Stockholdings Limited, the company it is today, was called HB Stockholdings Limited. Subsequently, in 1997, the name was changed to the current name. A court-sanctioned 'Scheme of Arrangement' transferred the company's ‘Merchant Banking Division’ to HB Stockholdings Limited, now known as HB Portfolio Ltd. For over 25 years, HB Portfolio Ltd has been providing Financial Services to its customers and clients.
