About Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd

Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd is India's largest private aviation firm offering offshore and onshore transport services. Primarily serving the oil and gas industry, the firm is engaged in helicopter charter for business promotions, tourism, geophysical surveys, powerline works, political rallies, and emergency services. Headquartered in Greater Noida, the company has operations in various Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Rajahmundry and Bangalore. Established in 1998 as Azal India Pvt Ltd, the firm became certified as ISO 90012000 in 2003 by DNV and changed its name to Global Helicorp Pvt Ltd. Afterwards, Vectra LTD acquired majority stake in Global Helicorp and the company went public in 2005 when it changed name to Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd. With total fleets numbering 26 in 2008 and 27 in 2010 that includes Bell412, EC155, EC135, AS350 and AB139 Helicopters, this company is one of the premier transport firms in India.
