About Flexituff Ventures International Ltd

Flexituff Ventures International Limited, formerly known as Flexituff International Ltd, is a 100% vertically integrated engineered fibres manufacturer based in Pithampur (Madhya Pradesh). The company supplies technical, construction, packaging, transport, industrial, and agrotextiles to 30 countries worldwide, and has been recognised for its excellence in export over the period 200506 to 200809. Flexituff operates four main production units in India and a recycling and reprocessing plant at Kandla. Further, the company has a Research and Development centre at Kashipur (Uttarakhand) for plastic product development, including engineering plastic and biodegradable plastics. Flexituff International was originally constituted as a partnership firm in 1966, and has since developed several factories, increasing their manufacturing capacity to 23,000 MTPA between 2006 and 2008. A series of company changes followed the IPO in 2011, until the company reached its current fore in 2017, disinvesting from M/s Satguru Polyfab Private Limited (Gandhidham) and making investment in three limited liability partnerships. During the FY 201718 the company noted a reduced working capital due to international banking issues, a stronger Indian Rupee, and fluctuating raw material prices; however, they continued to award contracts to the Assam Government for 3D Geo Mattress/Geo Bags (Rs. 90 Crore) and ICI Chemical Global Tender (USD 3 Million). To unlock value of the FIBC business in 2018, the company approved a slump sale of FIBC division Pithampur including assets, liabilities, and employees. The position of the company today is marked by strong orders.
