Escorp Asset Management Limited was originally incorporated in Mumbai, India in 2011 as Escorp Financial Service Private Limited. After two name changes, the company was converted to a public limited company in 2016. Escorp Asset Management Limited represents the asset management arm of the group, and provides portfolio management, research, investment advisory, corporate treasury advisory, personal Tax Planning and advisory, institutional fund management and advisory, financial planning and other personal finance advisory services. With a total of nine years of incorporation, the company is now firmly established to continue its operations and provide the high level services that it does.
