About Dollex Agrotech Ltd

Dollex Agrotech Limited, which was formerly named Dollex Agrotech Private Limited and was founded by Mehmood and Munni Bee Khan in 2013, is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading sugar along with captive power cogeneration capabilities. In 2018, Mehmood Khan sold his shareholding in Dollex Industries Limited and began the process of gathering resources like plant and machinery and key managerial personnel for the sugar manufacturing plant being established in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The plant has a crushing capacity of 2500 tonnes per day and has obtained in principle approval from the Dept. of Food and Public Distribution for 200 KLPD distilleries and is also involved in captive power generation with a capacity of 3 MW. In December 2022, the Company raised Rs. 24.39 crores through a public issue through a Fresh Issue of Rs. 17.39 crores and an Offer for Sale of Rs. 7 crores. Dollex Agrotech Limited offers its sugar in packages of 50 kgs and sells them directly to clients, without involving any distributors.
