About Choice International Ltd

Choice International Ltd is a RBI certified Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that was incorporated in March 12, 1993. Over the years, the firm has earned a strong reputation worldwide as a provider of business consultative solutions. In Financial Year 2011-12, the company became a Market Maker in SME segment of BSE and bagged a broking license in MCXSX for the cash and FO segment. In FY2012-13, the firm got a Debt Market membership in National Stock Exchange (NSE) Limited and started market making activities in the SME segment. In April 2016, the firm issued 1 crore warrants which eventually converted into Equity Shares under Preferential basis to the Promoters and listed at BSE Limited in July 2017. The same year, the company took a 100% stake in Choice Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to become its completely owned subsidiary. It later disposed of the holding in Choice E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. and launched lnvestica platform in 2017. The Equity Shares of the company were listed on NSE Main Board in April 2020, with the wholly owned subsidiary M/s. Choice Equity Broking Private Limited (CEBPL) acquiring Escorts Securities Limited (ESL) from its promoter shareholders in February 2022. In October 2021, the firm acquired a 50% stake in Choice Insurance Broking India Pvt. Ltd by acquiring 660,000 Shares for a consideration of Rs. 5.94 lacs. In 2021-22, the step down subsidiary M/s. Choice Wealth Pvt. Ltd. took over the mutual fund distribution business of Centcart Money Services Pvt. Ltd.
