About Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd

Founded in 1984, Chambal Breweries and Distilleries is a leading company in India that offers a variety of products ranging from Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), beer, and country liquor. It markets its products throughout the country via wholesalers, retailers and directly with bulk consumers such as armed forces and para-military forces. In 1995, the company took over a partnership concern engaged in trading liquor, granting it the sole selling rights for IMFL beer and liquor of six companies. To further expand its operations, the company is coming out with a rights issue of 2 million fully convertable debentures of Rs.70 each with one detachable equity warrant, which totals Rs.1400 Lacs in the ratio of one debenture to one equity share held.
