About Century Plyboards (India) Ltd

Century Plyboards, India Ltd (CPIL) is a renowned business engaged in the manufacturing and sale of plywood laminates, decorative veneers, medium-density fibre boards, prelaminated boards, particle board, flush doors, etc. The company has 6 manufacturing facilities. It also provides container freight station services. In 1997, CPIL became the first ever company to introduce borer proof plywood in India and in 2002, Flexoply was also introduced. In the year 2004, CPIL inaugurated a prelam particle board plant and launched hi-pressure laminates, prelaminated particle board and MDF products. In 2015, the company launched Zykron and Starke, which is a fibre cement composite board. They also implemented plans to expand their laminates capacity by 57 and set up MDF board unit at Hoshiarpur in Punjab. As of March 2021, CPIL had 11 subsidiaries and 3 stepdown subsidiaries, including Century Ply Singapore Pte. Ltd., Century Infotech Ltd., Centuryply Myanmar Pvt. Ltd., and many more. Foraying into new categories, the company is constantly aiming to reduce the usage of wood-based raw materials without compromising on quality, strength and durability.
