About Birla Tyres Ltd

Birla Tyres Limited was incorporated in November 2018 as a Public Limited Company, with an aim to manufacture and trade tyres under the brand name Birla Tyres. Board of Kesoram Industries Limited proposed to spin off the tyre business to the new Company Birla Tyres Limited commencing from 1st January 2019 via demerger route. On 8th November NCLT Kolkata gave its order to transfer the Tyres Division from Kesoram Industries Limited to Birla Tyres Limited, and the effective date being 4th December 2019. Consequently, Birla Tyres Limited got listed on both BSE and NSE from 10th February 2020. The organisation is committed to providing quality tyres and is well on its way to meet the demands of the market confidently.
