One of India’s leading companies in the housing finance ecosystem, Bajaj Housing Finance Limited offers seamless housing financing solutions to individuals and companies alike. The company serves over 97.12 million Indians, BHFL services include but aren't limited to housing loans, loan against property, lease rental discounting and more.
History of Bajaj Housing Finance
BHPL was originally incorporated as Bajaj Financial Solutions Limited in Pune, Maharashtra, on June 13, 2008. The company began it’s operations in September 2008 and was later renamed Bajaj Housing Finance Limited in November 2014.
In 2018, Bajaj Housing Finance commenced lending operations in India. Post launch, BHPL launched a B2C mobile app for its users in 2021. The company's AUM spiked to a whopping ₹91,000 crores, post which it also launched Sambhav Home Loans for affordable housing in 2024.
