Auro Impex Chemicals Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the year 1994. It specializes in manufacturing internal components and structures of Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) to remove smoke and dust particles from harmful gas in heavy industries. It is associated with Original Equipment Manufacturers and has a total installed capacity of 15500 M.T and a total actual output of 12252 M.T in FY 2022. The Company is now going public by offering equity shares worth Rs 20 Crore and 550000 Equity Shares through Offer for Sale which are led by the Promoter Mr. Madhusudan Goenka. Auro Impex Chemicals Limited provides a great opportunity for the public to invest in and also help reduce air pollution.
