About Atvo Enterprises Ltd

Trendy Knitwear was established in 1995 in Hyderabad, India, as a public limited company with the purpose of producing knitted socks. The company had secured a technical collaboration with Jung Won India, an agent of Jung Won Corporation based in South Korea, to provide technical assistance and know-how for the manufacturing and dyeing process. With the aim of exporting ouside of India, Trendy Knitwear proposed to manufacture socks made of cotton, nylon or acrylic with a maximum capacity of 500,000 dozen pairs. Consequently, Trendy Knitwear was launched with an initial public offering in August 1996 to financially support its project. In order to ensure full production, the company had reached an agreement with its collaborator to buy back its entire manufactured production.
