About Arigato Universe Ltd

D P Saboo of the Saboo Group established Saboo Brothers Ltd (SBL) in 1979. It became active in 1982 and incorporated Shree Engineers as a unit. This unit manufactured mini-cement plants based on the Saboo VSK Technology. In 1993, SBL partnered with Saboo Chemicals and Engineers (SCE), and became the sole proprietor in 1994. This then became the company's second unit, manufacturing refractory cement and castables. In 1995, the company announced its maiden issue of shares at a premium of Rs 40 per share, to finance the expansion of capacity from 4000 TPA to 46000 TPA. The company adopted technology developed by Saboo Consultants to supply over 90 cement plants in India, Bhutan, and Bangladesh.
