About AMJ Land Holdings Ltd

Pudumjee Pulp Paper Mills (PPPM), incorporated in November 1964, is a leader in the manufacture of all varieties of paper, paper boards, paper products and cellulose pulp. With an installed capacity of 6000 metric tons per annum (tpa), PPPM has been producing 22000 tpa of speciality paper since January 1968, when they became the first Indian manufacturers of greaseproof and glassine paper for specific packaging purposes. To reduce cost of raw material, the company installed a waste paper recycling plant of 75 tonnes per day in 1999-2000. Enforcing environmental protection, PPPM has been awarded the ISO 14001 Certificate by the British Standards Insitution, and selected as a model unit by the United Nations Environmental Programe. Along with their subsidiaries, Pudumjee Investment & Finance and Gresham Investment & Finance, the company is helmed by N P Jatia, who owns a 51.52% share in PPPM as of December 1, 2003.
