About Ameya Precision Engineers Ltd

Ameya Precision Engineers Limited was incorporated in December 2012 and it was converted into a Public Company in January 2022. It is promoted by Bipin Shirish Pande and Nikhil Shirish Pande and is engaged in the manufacture of pumps, valves and other Engineering Components used in Valve Industry. It has a manufacturing facility in Village Kasurdi KB in Pune. It mainly exports its products to the USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, Slovenija, Austria and Brazil. It offers specialized processes like hardfacing and overlay of wear and corrosion resistant alloys and end-to-end solutions from procurement of raw material to final delivery. They acquired the business of M/s. Ameya Engineers, a partnership firm, in April 2013. The company is well equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and logistics abilities to facilitate a smooth manufacturing process. Over 95% of its revenue comes from exporting their products.
