About Akshar Spintex Ltd

Akshar Spintex Limited was incorporated in 2013 as a private limited company and converted into a public limited company in 2017. The company is engaged in the production of 100 cotton-based yarn which includes combed, semi-combed, and carded yarn. Their manufacturing facility is situated in Kalavad, Rajkot, Gujarat spread across 183437 sq. ft. It is close to the cotton-growing region of Gujarat. The promoters of the company Ashok Bhalala, Amit Gadhiya, Harikrishna Chauhan, and Rekhaben Chauhan have extensive knowledge and experience in the cotton and textile industry. On April 12th, 2016 Abhishekbhai Tala transferred his 866,000 Equity Shares to Amit and Nayan Gadhiya, respectively. Whereas, Ashok Dudhagara, Bakulesh Jani, and Tarish Trivedi had transferred all their 5,000, 1,000, and 1,000 Shares to Rekhaben Chauhan on January 28, 2014.
