About Agni Green Power Ltd.

Agni Green Power Limited was established in 1995 as Agni Power and Electronics Private Limited. In 2022, it was converted into a public limited company and is currently engaged in the manufacture, assembly, design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant projects. In the 1990s, the company began to harness the vast rural population by providing pollution-free and eco-friendly nonconventional energy sources. In 1997, it installed an off-grid solar PV plant in Sagar Island and in 2000, it executed cumulative solar PV plants in Andaman Nicobar and Lakshadweep Islands. In 2011, it opened a Regional Office at Mizoram and in 2013, it expanded its Regional Office to Tripura and Assam. The Company achieved further success in 2015 when it executed a 500kWp Canal Top project with 11kv evacuation. In 2017, it commenced production at the Srijan Industrial Logistic Park. In 2020, it executed a 1MW rooftop SPV plant at IIT Kharagpur, and the widest Canal Top SPV Plant of India was also executed. Moreover, it commenced the international export of Power Control Units (PCUs).
