ABans Enterprises Limited (formerly MatruSmriti Traders Limited) is a limited company, listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India (MSEI). It was taken over by Mr. Abhishek Bansal in February 1985 and as a result of this change in control, became a part of the ABans Group of Companies.
