About A B M International Ltd

ABM International Limited is a Government Recognised Golden Export House founded in 1983 that imports plastic raw materials such as PVC Resin, finished leather, DOP, Urea, etc. from around the world. As of March 31 2019, the company has an associate company Prisha Promoters Private Limited. The Board of Directors of ABM International Limited approved the listing of 1,960,000 equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on January 27th, 2016 and the exchange approved the listing on June 14th, 2016. During CY 2016-17, the company allotted 9,800,000 fully paid equity shares as a bonus issue by capitalization of free reserves to members in the proportion of 5 new fully paid equity shares to each equity share of Rs. 10. The shares are now admitted to the exchange for dealing and trading since June 14th, 2016.
