About Tandhan Industries Ltd

Sanmitra Commercial Limited was established in 1985 with the main objective to supply a range of goods including cotton, jute, textiles, paper, engineering, chemical and agricultural products, as well as to provide security services and hospitality services. In 2008, 455,000 equity shares and 400,000 warrants were issued to the public, with warrantholders later receiving 400,000 equity shares. In the 2018 financial year, the Company commenced trading waste paper and recorded a turnover of Rs. 8.07 Crores. With a long-held presence in the industry, Sanmitra Commercial Limited continues to provide goods and services to its customers in the Indian market.
