The Motilal Oswal S&P BSE Enhanced Value ETF is a passively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that tracks the S&P BSE Enhanced Value Index, which invests in attractively valued stocks with strong fundamentals and improving business performance. Launched in August 2022, this ETF is owned by Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company and aims to provide investors with returns that closely correspond to the total return of the index. The index includes 50 stocks selected on the basis of their price to book value, price to earnings, dividend yield, return on equity and debt to equity ratio. The index consists of stocks like Glenmark, BPCL and Hindalco among others. It is a suitable investment option for investors looking for long-term capital appreciation and moderate risk. By investing in this ETF, investors can benefit from a diversified portfolio of attractively valued stocks, reducing their exposure to individual stock volatility.
