About Chiraharit Ltd

Chiraharit Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name and style of Brahmani Ventures Private Limited on August 04 2006. Later the name of the Company got changed to Chiraharit Agro Farms Private Limited on September 18 2015 and further was changed to Chiraharit Private Limited pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies Hyderabad Telangana on May 30 2016. Thereafter the status of the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to Chiraharit Limited dated December 02 2024 by Central Processing Centre.At present Company is engaged into turnkey EPC Engineering Procurement and Construction projects focusing on three broad segment viz Waterbased Renewable Energybased and Civil Projects. In the Water sector the focus is on the efficient and reliable movement of piped water in pressurized application. In addition to this it also undertake construction of Compressed BioGas plants CBG and construction of Industrial and Residential Projects. Their expertise in water movement extends across diverse subsectors including piped irrigation for agriculture drinking water supply projects for Industrial and residential townships largescale pressurized irrigation networks water based solar module cleaning systems and landscape irrigation. The Renewable Energybased segment is focused in construction of Compressed BioGas CBG plants. In this domain it provide turnkey execution of all civil mechanical and pumping systems ensuring seamless project delivery. Chiraharit is proud to be a part of the MALAXMI Group a diversified conglomerate. The Company also undertakes a diverse array of civil engineering projects ranging from the construction of industrial and commercial buildings to the development of critical infrastructure. It created a history with the completion of 100th Solar Module Cleaning System Project in 2021. Company is planning to raise money from public through an IPO of issuing 14800000 equity shares of Re 1/ each aggregating to Rs 38.48 Cr..
